ABOUT
Design first.
Technology always.
I’m a St. Louis-area lighting designer and programmer focused on creating live moments that feel intentional, energetic and technically solid.
THE STORY
From backstage
to the console.
I got into production by wanting to understand how a show actually comes together.
My start was backstage in high school theatre. I moved from stagehand work into shadowing the lighting console, learned the ETC Element, and eventually took over programming and designing productions. That experience became the foundation for everything that followed.
Since then, my work has expanded into theatrical lighting, dance, live music, professional production support, video, broadcast/AV systems and large synchronized pixel installations.
I enjoy both halves of the job: the creative choices audiences see and the technical planning that makes those choices reliable every night.
